WHY S.E.T. TECHNOLOGY MATTERS
Poor arrow flight is one of the most common issues archers have that affect accuracy; and many don't even realize it. Often, field points will fly fine while broadheads don't. S.E.T. Technology eliminates the frustrations of tuning a bow by allowing the user to micro adjust the limb pivot angle which changes the position of the cams (the lean) as well as the lateral position (centershot) to optimize arrow flight.
4 EASY STEPS TO THE PERFECT SHOT
1. OBSERVE THE OUTPUT
2. LOOSEN LOCKDOWN SCREW
3. ROTATE ADJUSTMENT SCREW
4. TIGHTEN LOCKDOWN SCREW
ADJUSTING S.E.T TECHNOLOGY
S.E.T. Technology is adjusted based on the arrow flight you are getting out of your bow and can be determined by paper tuning, bare shaft tuning or broadhead tuning
S.E.T. ADJUSTMENT
From the neutral middle position you can adjust S.E.T. Technology up to 3-degrees in either direction, equivalent to 1.5 revolutions of the mirco-adjust screw.
S.E.T. RANGE
To start, rotate the top and bottom micro-adjust screw equally 1/4-turn. Then, reset centershot on the bow and retest.
S.E.T. TOOLS
The only tool needed is a 5/32" hex key; no bow press or special tools are required. In fact, S.E.T. Technology is the fastest bow tuning technology available today.
CENTERSHOT WITH S.E.T. TECHNOLOGY
Since centershot is adjusted with S.E.T. Technology on select Elite models there is not a single correct measurement to reference. The best approach is to set the arrow rest position by keeping the knocked arrow parallel to the riser and maintain this as S.E.T. Technology is adjusted. The centershot will likely fall between 11/16" and 15/16" depending on the tune of the bow.
